Delivery

We do not charge for next day delivery with in the UK and Channel Islands, these items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK but do require a signature upon delivery.

Please note most of our brands can not be shipped outside the UK.

Next day is guaranteed Monday-Saturday. There is no Sunday delivery.

Items that are in stock will be sent out the same day when ordered before 2pm

The Process

When an order is sent out you will receive an email confirmation, together with the package tracking information.

If a package cannot be delivered normal Royal Mail procedure will be followed and a note will be left so that you can arrange re delivery to your convenience. The package will be stored at your local sorting office as specified on the note.

If it is more convenient for you we can deliver to your work address but we may require a fax to confirm this.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will happily grant  a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. 

The item to be returned should not be worn and returned undamaged in it’s original packaging.

Refunds will be made to the original credit card used at time of purchase with in one week of receiving the package, as long as the item is returned in it’s original packaging undamaged to the shop

Galio will send out prepaid envelopes for returns* from UK residences on request. Please contact

info@galio.co.uk  to arrange this.

 * this applies to all orders worth £500 and over

In store:

In the unlikely event that a gift purchased at Galio isn’t quite right we will exchange the item or issue a credit note to the value of that item as long as it is returned within a period of 30 days  and has not been worn.

This offer does not affect your statutory rights.

All deposits placed against orders are non-refundable, a credit note may be issued at the management’s discretion. 

Goods purchased at Galio are guaranteed for one year against manufacture defects. In this regrettable circumstance items will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

This does not cover damage caused by inappropriate treatment of goods - violent shock, obvious knocks or drops.
