Pricing information on the Website is accurate at the point of publishing, occasionally we might make a mistake and items can be incorrectly priced. If this happens and the item is ordered with the incorrect price; we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We maintain the right to remove the item for sale at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you on line at Galio are subject to acceptance by us. We have the right not to accept your order for any reason.
When you order an item you will receive an order acknowledgement. This will have all the relevant reference numbers and a description of the items you have ordered. This is not a confirmation/acceptance of the order - this will be sent out later by email once payment is confirmed and stocks have been checked.
