Bespoke Service

At Galio we offer the ultimate service, bespoke designs to meet your every need. We regularly re-design estate jewellery or design dream pieces to make your special day truly memorable.

The Process:

1. Come to the store and enjoy a warm welcome from Sarah our designer. Over coffee and a chat be introduced to the collections in the shop. Enjoy trying on different styles and working out which styles suit you and will fit your requirements. Discuss possible designs.
2. Sarah will then work on sketches/ costings for you and source stones if required. Within about 2 weeks these will be ready and can be discussed either in person at the store or electronically through email. If you are happy with the design we can then begin production, if not further work can be done to make the design exactly what you want.
3. Once your design is finalised the concept can proceed to the work shop where it will be skillfully hand-crafted so that it can become a reality.
4. Between approximately 4 and 6 weeks later your jewellery will be ready, a date well worth waiting for. For piece of mind interim appointments are often made to check models and sizing. Your dream jewellery will be everything you want it to be.

People are rarely  disappointed and no problem is ever insurmountable.  A fear of what might happen if you don’t like the result should never stop you ...we will never let you leave unhappy.
