Collect In Store (4 George Street) – Order by 12pm for next day collection (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
UK Standard – Delivery within 3-5 working days for in stock items.
UK Next Day – Order by 12pm for next day delivery on in stock items. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday)
If an item is out of stock or is made to order, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Galio of your intention to return goods in writing by email quoting your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items returned by post need to be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery service.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
