QLOCKTWO celebrates time in its own way. The typographic display connects the moment with the written word and makes it an art object. The matrix of 110 randomly arranged characters forms the basis. The individual letters are assembled into words by illuminated surfaces. They describe the time in five-minute increments. 4 luminous dots in the corners ensure that the time is displayed to the minute.
Awarded with more than thirty international design prizes and awards, QLOCKTWO is available in many exclusive variants and materials. From coloured acrylic glass to gold leaf, it has been individually handmade to order in the Schwäbisch Gmünd manufactory since 2009 and is available in more than 20 languages, including Chinese, Arabic and even Swabian, in over 35 countries around the world.
QLOCKTWO VINTAGE COPPER
The new QLOCKTWO Vintage Copper Edition has a unique front in patinated copper with a magnetic stainless-steel core. This is supported by a solid aluminium body. "The patination process creates intense, natural colour impressions reminiscent of islands in a turquoise sea," says Marco Biegert, Creator.
QLOCKTWO TOUCH CREATOR'S EDITION SILVER & GOLD
The QLOCKTWO Silver & Gold Edition is hand finished with leaves of pure white gold (12 carat). The oxidation of the silver creates the unique patina that brings out the pure gold in the alloy. This natural process takes up to one hundred hours. After obtaining the desired colour, the surface is permanently coated.
