Gifts bought in-store: In the unlikely event that a gift purchased at Galio isn’t quite right we will exchange the item or issue a credit note to the value of that item as long as it is returned within a period of 30 days and has not been worn.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you purchase an item for yourself in-store then change your mind, we may at our discretion offer an exchange as long as the item has not been worn.
Anything purchased online may be returned for a full refund or exchange with in 14 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately by email if you are not happy with an item you have purchased online.
Any goods that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return using a service that allows for the item to be tracked and insured in transit.
Items should be returned unworn in their original packaging. Your refund will be generated once the item is returned and checked.
Galio reserves the right to charge a refurbishment fee if the item shows evidence of wear.
All deposits placed against orders or bespoke commissions are non-refundable, a credit note may be issued at the management’s discretion.
Items that develop faults
Goods purchased at Galio are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. Branded items are covered in accordance to the manufacturer’s warrantee. If an item develops a fault in this time, it will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
By law you are entitled to a refund if an item develops a fault in the first 30 days of ownership, because of the nature of the product we would always prefer to replace or repair the item for you. If you're outside the 30-day right to reject, we would always repair or replace any faulty goods.
This does not cover damage caused by inappropriate treatment of goods – inappropriate signs of wear. violent shock, obvious knocks or drops.
