Collect In Store (4 George Street) – Order by 12pm for next day collection (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

UK Standard – Delivery within 3-5 working days for in stock items.

UK Next Day – Order by 12pm for next day delivery on in stock items. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday)

If an item is out of stock or is made to order, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Galio of your intention to return goods in writing by email.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.

All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. Delivery within the UK is £3.99 with free delivery on orders over £50. International signed for postage is *£10.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Galio cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
