The Heart Beat necklace is a chain of medium-sized links featuring the brand’s iconic heart. It has a lobster clasp allowing the chain length to be adjusted (between 13-46 cm) and weighs 26.7 g.

Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
