Items will be delivered within 3-5 working days of placing your order via Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

If an item needs to be made to order it will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Galio and we'll try our best to accommodate your requirements.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Galio of your intention to return goods in writing by email quoting your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items returned by post need to be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.

Any goods that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
