Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 4-6 weeks.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Galio and we'll try our best to accommodate your requirements.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Galio of your intention to return goods in writing by email.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.

All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. Delivery within the UK is £3.99 with free delivery on orders over £50. International signed for postage is *£10.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Galio cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

*Any Country specific duties are payable by the client.
